I am currently working on the paleoclimate history of the Trinity Alps wilderness in Northern California, based on glacial moraine chronology.  We are utilizing dendrochronology combined with 10Be cosmogenic dating. Note the Holocene moraines above Grizzly Lake on  the photo to the right. I am also looking at the history of glacial retreat in the Hope Valley south of Lake Tahoe.
